                * Evaporator has high probability of dirt build up, this is the                                   reason why you smell burning dust, when turning on your heater. Dirt and air particles sometimes get passed the air filter or unit could be missing the air filter. Air particles are now being pulled into the evaporator coil by your blower and will also get trapped inside of blower wheel and blower motor. Air filters are very important to your entire HVAC system and should be changed out every 1 to 3 months, depending on how often the HVAC unit is being used. ( Extra charge of $25.00 if evaporator needs chemical cleaning and extra charge of $20.00 if blower wheel needs chemical cleaning.)
